This privacy policy sets out how the Open Orchestra uses your information. The Open Orchestra is committed to protecting your personal information and will only use any information that we collect from you in line with applicable legislation.

  2. All people who play regularly or occasionally in the orchestra are asked to provide the following information:
    • name
    • home address
    • email address
    • phone number
    • instrument(s) played

  4. We will use your information to contact you about rehearsal and concert arrangements, last-minute changes to rehearsals or concerts, missing sheet music parts and other essential membership, rehearsal and concert matters. Additionally, you can choose whether to opt in to receive emails about music-related activities that may be of interest to you.

  6. We use third-party services to process your data (eg MailChimp and Gmail). We will always make sure that any third parties we use are reputable and secure and process your data in accordance with your rights under applicable legislation. We will not share your information with anyone else unless you give us permission to do so.
